Terminology

1. MTM, Motor Test Magazine, MotorTestMagazine.com, Pit Lane, PitLane, PitLane.MotorTestMagazine.com will be referred to as MTM and are the sole property of MoDice Media®.
2. Reader refers to persons who view MTM and its content.
3. Ride, vehicle, autmobile, auto refer to the medium of transportation of said Reader.

Terms

MTM is for entertainment purposes only. MTM will not be held responsible for any misinterpreted or misused information held with MTM.

All vehicles listed , mentioned, referred to, photographed, sold or purchased through, from, via MTM are the responsibility of the buyer and or seller, as an individual and not that of MTM or its partners, affiliates, employees, owners.

MTM does not support or claim to support or endorse any product, service or vehicle listed, advertised or otherwise communicated via MTM.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the reader to seek out and become aware of these changes.

Submissions / Participation

Participation in any MTM event, article, sale, web site, pole or program is optional. Participation in any event where audio, video or still imagery is captured indicates that you understand and agree MTM retains full rights to that media.

Any communication transmitted (via phone, fax, mail, internet, disk, direct or indirect) to MTM (including feedback, data, answers, questions, suggestions, ideas, plans, orders, requests, imagery, audio, video or the like) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and become the sole property of MoDice Media®.

MTM may publish the material and/or incorporate it, or any concepts described in it, in MTM's products or services without compensation, restrictions on use, acknowledgment of source, accountability, or liability.
